Returns – online orders
I have a damaged / faulty item – what do I need to do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods if you have any problems with your order.
We carefully check all goods and packaging before they are despatched, however occasionally damage in transit can occur.
Additionally, if you find that the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with full details and we will arrange to replace or refund the item.

I no longer require the item I ordered from you
If, for any reason, you no longer require the item you ordered from Cheshire Toy Shop, please email us as soon as possible informing us that you wish to return it. We will acknowledge receipt of your email within 24 hours of receipt.
Please return the item with all the packaging intact so that it is in a saleable condition, within 14 days of delivery.
Enclose your order number and reason for return.

Goods must be returned at your own cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are insured during any return journey. Once we receive the item back we will issue your refund.
How are refunds issued?
As our payments are processed via Paypal, refunds will be issued to your Paypal account, if you have one, alternatively directly to the card you used for payment.
